Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Independent Title of Fort Lauderdale, Inc. dba TitleQuote.online collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information on https://www.titlequote.online and the TitleQuote studio, widget, and quote emails (the “Services”). TitleQuote has two audiences. Offices create a studio account, brand a widget, and may subscribe. Visitors on an office’s website type deal facts and may email themselves a quote. When a visitor sends a quote, we give that office a lead and usually a copy of the email. We do not sell personal information. We do not have a mobile app. We do not use Google Analytics or Google Maps on the Services today. Card payments are handled by Stripe.

1. Who this Policy covers

• Office users — people who register for a studio, configure branding, view leads, or manage billing.
• Visitors — people who open the calculator on an office website and optionally send a quote.
• Site visitors — people who load titlequote.online to log in or read these pages.

2. Information we collect

From offices: name, office email, phone, password, company name, branding (logo, colors, fee labels, disclaimer), billing identity and subscription status, and support messages.

From visitors who send a quote: name, email, property address, quote type, county, property type, price, loan, calculated totals, and the quote summary. Visitors should not enter SSNs, bank logins, card numbers, or ID images.

Payment data is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe’s privacy notice is at https://stripe.com/privacy.

Our host may record IP address, browser type, and pages requested to operate and secure the Services. We do not buy marketing lists.

3. How we use information

• Create and authenticate office accounts.
• Brand the widget and emails.
• Calculate estimates and send the quote the visitor requested, with a copy to the office.
• Store the lead in that office’s inbox.
• Process subscriptions, trials, pauses, and deletions.
• Send service messages (password reset, billing, pause).
• Secure the Services and comply with law.

4. When and with whom we share information

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context advertising.

When a visitor sends a quote, the lead and usually a copy of the email go to the office whose install was used. That is the purpose of the product.

Vendors process data on our instructions: website hosting, database hosting, transactional email, and Stripe for subscriptions.

The platform operator can see office names, contact emails, lead counts, and billing status to support the network. The operator does not use another office’s visitor leads to solicit those visitors for Independent Title.

5–8. Cookies, retention, security, minors

The studio uses cookies or similar storage to keep an office logged in. The widget loads from our servers into the host page. We do not currently use advertising cookies or Google Analytics.

Office data is kept while the account is open and as needed afterward for billing or law. Visitor leads stay in that office’s inbox until the office or the office account is deleted. Backups may persist for a limited time.

We use reasonable security measures. No internet transmission is guaranteed secure. We will give breach notice as Florida law requires.

The Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

9–11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to know, copy, correct, or delete personal information. Offices can edit branding and delete leads in the studio. Visitors should email support@titlequote.online (and may also contact the office that received the lead).

We do not respond to browser Do-Not-Track signals at this time, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

We collect identifiers, customer-record and commercial deal facts, and basic internet logs. We do not collect protected-class, biometric, precise GPS, education, or sensitive ID documents. We have not sold or shared personal information for advertising.

12. Quote calculations

Title quotes are estimates only. Independent Title of Fort Lauderdale, Inc. dba TitleQuote.online makes no guarantee that the figures are accurate, complete, or applicable to a given transaction. The calculator is provided “AS IS.” A result is not a title search, commitment, policy, or offer to insure. Contact an escrow officer at the issuing agency before closing.

When a visitor emails a quote, that visitor asks us to send the estimate and to give the hosting office a lead containing the visitor’s name, email, property, and deal figures.

13–15. Updates, contact, and requests

We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date will change.
